Within the Heat Youth Organization, we strongly believe that it is very           
important that all adults conduct themselves in a positive and respectful manner
when in the presence of young children. We have set forth the following Code of
Conduct guidelines that we expect all of our parents and /or coaches to adhere to.
We must make each child experience with our organization a positive one and
therefore,  will not allow or condone any negative behavior within this organization
or in the presence of our youths.

  • I will refrain from using profanity at all times, especially while in the
presence of our children.

  • I will maintain control of myself at all times during and after game play.

  • I will not verbally abuse or physically assault any referees or                              
    coaches. If I have a concern, I will contact my child's head   
coach and/or the CEO of the Heat Youth Organization to address my   
concerns.  

  • I will not use or be under the influence of  any illegal drugs  
or alcohol during games or practices.

  • I will not ridicule my child or any child in the presence of his peers.

  • If I have any concerns during game play or practice
concerning my child's playing time, I will not address the
coach, while he/she is coaching. I will contact my child's
coach and/or CEO of the Heat Youth Organization and set
a meeting to address my concerns.

Any violation of these rules will result in immediate removal of your child from the
program after one (1) prior warning or written notice. Please understand that these
rules are set forth only to help insure the safety of our children, coaches and fans
while they are participating within HEAT Youth Organization. REMEMBER, " IF WE
WORK TOGETHER PEACEFULLY, ONLY POSITIVE RESULTS WILL ARISE ".
